Position Overview
Multilink has an immediate opening for a conscientious Production Manager who is an expert in the manufacturing field. The Manager should be a manufacturing process expert who is hands-on and enjoys working with people. Core duties include overseeing and running production controls, which may include scheduling, work instructions, and process implementation. We are looking for a professional who excels in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to deliver quality, sustainable, and superior results. The Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing multiple departments within Multilink. The Manager's primary responsibilities are listed below.

Position Requirements/Tasks
- Responsible for operational performance and improvement of key metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and associate morale.
- Align area metrics with overall department/value stream goals.
- Organize resources to deliver on metrics.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within assigned departments.
- Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Responsible for driving multiple departments to achieve profitability and business goals and objectives.
- Provide timely, accurate reports on the operating condition of the assigned departments.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of Multilink.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance management team.
- Train plant personnel and new employees.
- Manage up to 50 direct reports, including team leaders and production team members.
- Support and foster an environment of continuous improvement by encouraging production staff to challenge existing processes and implement solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness of the operation.
- Maintain all manufacturing processes in accordance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years manufacturing operational experience.
- Must possess strong leadership skills and be a strategic thinker.
- Must be a results-driven, strategic thinker.
- Must be a strong decision maker.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must have extensive MRP experience.
